Changing the filter in the Canopy Air PurifierUpdated 5 hours ago
For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your Canopy Air Purifier filter every 6 months (approximately 720 hours of use). This interval is based on average home air quality and daily use.
Replacement timing may vary depending on your environment. Your device's filter indicator light will illuminate when it’s time for a change.
1. Turn Off and Unplug: Ensure the Air Purifier is turned off and unplugged from the electrical outlet.
2. Open Unit: Remove the Faceplate and pull slider button to release filter.
3. Remove Used Filter Carefully remove the used filter. Seal it in a disposable bag and follow your local guidelines for safe disposal.
4. Place new Filter into Faceplate, ensuring it’s properly seated.
5. Replace Faceplate. Plug in.
6. Reset the Filter light on your device by holding the Filter Reset button down for 3 seconds

Note: Always ensure a filter is properly installed before use. The filter is essential for blocking dust and debris from entering the body of your unit. Operating the purifier without a filter can allow particulate matter to become trapped inside the device, which may affect performance and could damage your unit.
