Finding the right Faucet Filter AdaptorUpdated 4 days ago

While we include a variety of adapters to fit most sinks, occasionally the right one can be tricky to find—or might not be in the box.

If the adapter you selected based on the ring sizer isn't quite working, we recommend trying the size just above and just below your original measurement. Sometimes an in-between size does the trick!

If you’re still having trouble, please email us at [email protected] with a few photos of your setup. To help us get you the best support, please include:

  • A close-up photo of your faucet threads with the ring sizer wrapped around them

  • A list of any adapters you've tried installing so far

  • A photo or video showing of your faucet filter and any leaking or misalignment you’re seeing

Important Tip: Every adapter should have a gasket on each end—one between the faucet and the adapter, and another between the adapter and the filter. If you’re missing one, no worries! Sometimes small parts get jumbled in transit. You should be able to find a gasket in your kit marked with a number on the bottom—this will help you match it to the correct size adapter.

If you believe the adapter may have been cross-threaded during the first attempt, we’re happy to send a replacement. Just let us know, and please hold on to your other parts (like the gaskets, wrench, or aerator keys), as you'll still need those for installation.

You can also review our video walkthrough here, with a timestamp to help guide you on how to properly align the adapter and avoid cross-threading:
