How do I use my Portable Humidifier?Updated 12 days ago
To ensure you get the most out of your Canopy Portable Humidifier, here's a handy guide to navigate its settings:
Choosing Your Settings:
Press the center button turn your unit on and to cycle through the different settings.
- Low: Left settings light illuminated

- Medium: Left & center settings lights illuminated

- High: All three settings lights illuminated

To turn your Humidifier off hold the button down for 3 seconds.

We also have a Travel Lock setting to keep your Humidifier from turning on in your bag while you're on the move! Before traveling, hold the button for 10 seconds to activate the travel lock. Once you're ready for more hydration just hold the button down once more until you see the low setting light flash, to unlock.

Notifications:
- Low Battery Warning: When the battery is low, the settings light will flash to indicate it needs charging.

- Low Water Warning: When the water in the unit is low, the button light will breathe.
Tank Open: Center setting light will flash.

Charging:
Our fan setting lights also function as battery charge indicator lights to let you know how far along you are in the charging process. Once the unit is fully charged, all three setting lights and the center button will flash.

When you first plug in the humidifier to start charging the settings lights will flash once to indicate the current battery level.

When the unit is plugged into the wall, either because it's charging or in use, the lights will not stay on. That way there's no risk of the Humidifier keeping people up at night!
From zero to full the battery only takes about 4 hours to charge.
Be sure to use the provided charger and cable or another 10W USBC charger. The portable will not charge with smaller 5W chargers (like the adaptor for our Bedside Humidifier).
When your unit is plugged in, it's ready to provide continuous operation with no time constraints.
In battery mode, your humidifier can run for up to 11 hours on the low setting when fully charged. If you opt for the medium or high settings, keep in mind that the runtime may vary slightly due to increased power usage. Here's a breakdown: you can expect approximately 11 hours of battery life on low, 8 hours on medium, and 4 hours on high. So, depending on your preferred setting, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the refreshing benefits of your humidifier!
