How to clean the Canopy Portable Humidifier?Updated 8 days ago

Keeping your Canopy Portable Humidifier clean is quick and easy, ensuring it continues to deliver clean, refreshing moisture. Here's everything you need to know!

The Water Tank and its Cap are dishwasher* safe for your convenience. Simply place them on the top rack of your dishwasher for hassle-free cleaning.

Don't have a dishwasher, no problem! You can also hand wash these parts the useing a sponge to clean the outside of the tank and cap. Then fill the tank with warm, soapy water, recap, and shake clean the inside. Rinse thoroughly and let them air dry.

A bottle brush can also be used for inside cleaning but shouldn't be necessary if you're using demineralized, filtered, or distilled water.

We recommend using a damp rag or antibacterial wipe to clean the bottom of the unit, where the electrical components are stored, including the Steel Filter which attaches magnetically to the bottom to keep out dust and debris, as well at the top grill, which could warp from the heat of some dishwashers. Wipe the bottom fan intake and the top of the basin once a week to remove any dust or debris that may have accumulated.

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity for your humidifier.

* Please note that the Chrome Purple Dr. Idriss Portable Humidifiers Water Tank and Cap are not dishwasher safe. Follow the handwashing instructions above instead to maintain your unit.
