The Canopy Air Purifier FiltersUpdated 21 days ago

What’s the difference between Canopy’s three Air Purifier filters

Canopy Offers three Air Purifier Filter options so you can match your filter to your home and needs:

Every Canopy Air Purifier will come with the Protect Plus Filter preinstalled.

Which filter is best for me?

  • Choose Coverage Max if:

    • You want maximum coverage in larger or open rooms.
    • You mainly care about dust, pollen, smoke, and pet dander.
    • You don’t need added odor control.
  • Choose Odor Control if:

    • You notice recurring smells (pets, cooking, litter box) or want help with certain VOCs.
    • You have nurseries, bedrooms, or shared spaces where a fresher smell matters.
    • You want stronger filtration than HEPA 11 without going all the way to HEPA 13.
  • Choose Protect Plus if:

    • You have allergies, live in wildfire-prone or high-pollution areas, or want the highest particle filtration.
    • You want both top-tier particle capture and odor/VOC reduction.
    • You’re happy with the preinstalled filter and want the same performance for refills.

How often should I replace the filter?

About every 6 months (around 720 hours of use), depending on your environment. Your device’s filter indicator will light up when it’s time to swap.
