When should I change the filter on my Humidifier?Updated 20 days ago

Generally, we recommend replacing your Humidifier filter every 5-7 weeks to maintain optimal performance. The "Filter" light on the top of your humidifier will illuminate to remind you when it's time to swap it out for a new one.

But the best way to tell if your filter needs to be replaced is by its look and feel. How often you need to change your humidifier’s filter depends on a few factors such as how frequently you use it and the hardness of the water in your tank. The harder your water, the faster minerals can build up, requiring more frequent filter changes.

If the filter has become hardened, and discolored throughout, it’s time for a change.

Upon inserting a new Replacement Filter, a simple 30-second hold of the "On/Off" button resets the indicator light, ensuring seamless functionality.

For peak performance, please let your filter air out completely at least once a week. This simple step contributes to the longevity of your Canopy experience.
