When should I change the filter on my Humidifier?Updated 4 months ago

How often you need to change your Humidifier's filter depends on a few factors, such as the frequency of use and hardness of the water used in your tank. If your water tends to be harder, more frequent filter changes might be in order.

The light labeled "Filter" on the top of your Humidifier will illuminate when it's time to buy a new Replacement FIlter, but the best way to tell if your filter should be replaced is by looking and feeling. If your filter has turned crusty, hardened, and discolored throughout, then it's time to replace your filter. Generally, we recommend replacing your filter every 5-7 weeks to ensure Canopy is performing optimally. 

Upon inserting a new Replacement Filter, a simple 30-second hold of the "On/Off" button resets the indicator light, ensuring seamless functionality.

For peak performance, it's wise to let your filter air out completely at least once a week. This simple step contributes to the longevity of your Canopy experience.
