How do I cancel my order?Updated 10 days ago

We're sorry to hear that you've changed your mind about bringing a Canopy product into your home. 

Please keep in mind, our warehouse works hard to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible, often shipping is processed the same day an order is placed! If your item has already been shipped we won't be able to cancel your order, but our Customer Experience team will be able to assist you with a return and refund once we receive your unit.
