How do I update my billing information?Updated 4 months ago
When you buy a product from Canopy we'll take your billing address at the time you make your purchase, all future refills will be charged to that information unless a change is made.
If you are enrolled in one of our subscription refill programs the card added during your most recent purchase will be used for those charges as well. If you need to adjust this information you can do so by following the instructions below:
- Login to your Account
- Scroll to the subscription you’d like to edit
- Click the “Edit” link next to Billing
- If you're updating the address on a pre-existing form of payment:
- Select Edit below the payment details you'd like to update
- Update your information
- Select Save Changes
- If you'd like to add a new form of payment:
- Select Add New Payment Method
- Enter payment information
- Save changes
