Shipping Timeline

We aim to ship products within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Once your item is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Estimates

Continental U.S.: Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. Please note, delivery times may be longer during the holiday season due to carrier congestion.

Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping may take up to 2 weeks due to customs clearance.

"Ships By" Dates

If an item you purchased has a delayed shipping schedule, you’ll see the “Ships By” date clearly listed on the product page and at checkout. That date will also be reflected in your confirmation email.

In these instances, we do not have product available to ship in our standard timeline, but you will receive tracking information by the "Ships By" date provided.

You can add expedited shipping to these orders; however, this will not shorten the processing timeline, it will only speed up the time between when your order leaves our warehouse and arrives at your home.

In-Store Pickup

Many Canopy products are also available in-store, with same-day pickup options in some locations. Check our store locator for availability near you.
