Shipping Protection lets you shop worry-free by covering your order from checkout to delivery, and even after. It includes both Free Returns + Exchanges and Package Protection for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
With Package Protection, your order is covered if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Simply report the issue within 7 days of your scheduled delivery date, and you’ll receive a refund for the affected item.
Some products may not qualify for this service, such as Final Sale items (Filters, Aroma Kits, and other product accessories). If you choose to opt out, you’ll be responsible for any return costs (like shipping labels, handling fees, or restocking fees), and your order won’t be protected if something happens during shipping.
In the rare event that something does go wrong with your order you can submit a claim here.
Adding Shipping Protection to your order also automatically enrolls you in Free Returns and Exchanges, meaning you can return or exchange eligible devices without paying our standard $10 restocking or handling fee. (Just note that Final Sale items aren’t eligible.)
