Here at Canopy partnered with Onward to provide our customers the option to add shipping protection to your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

How do I add Canopy Shipping Protection to my order?

When checking out, you can check the box labelled Post-Purchase Assurance with Onward to add it to your order for a small fee. If your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, you be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will be reviewed for approval within a day.

How Do I File A Claim?

If you've added Onward Protection to your Canopy order, you can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward Protection sends you after you place your order, or:

  1. Visit app.useonward.com/make-a-claim or email [email protected].
  2. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email.
  3. Indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen, complete the request, and you will receive a reorder confirmation.
