At Canopy, your satisfaction is our utmost priority! That's why all our devices, including Humidifiers, Diffusers, and Filtered Showerheads, come with our Risk-Free: 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Here's how it works:

If for any reason your Canopy device doesn't meet your expectations, you have a full 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return, and we'll gladly provide a money-back guarantee.

We encourage you to inspect your unit immediately upon receiving it. If you find any defects, or damages, or receive an incorrect color or item, please get in touch with us promptly. We're here to assess the issue and make things right.

To initiate a return, you have two options:

For our US customers, we offer the convenience of a prepaid return label via UPS. For our Canadian customers, we ask that you cover the postage cost for returns.

Once we've received and evaluated your return, we'll promptly notify you of your refund status. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited. The refund process typically takes 1-3 business days. Please note, refunds can only be issued for Canopy products directly purchased from If you made your purchase from another retailer, kindly contact them for their return policy. 

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the prescribed steps. Items returned without prior approval through the mentioned process will not be accepted. Please note that Canopy subscription refills and unit accessories are final sale, only eligible for refund in cases of damage. Additionally, all Gift Cards are final sale and non-returnable.
