What is the best way to exchange my product?Updated 3 months ago

If you've changed your mind about the color or unit you've purchased no worries! We can assist with an exchange per our Risk-Free: 60-Day Happiness Guarantee!

We do require that you first return the item originally received to ensure that you get what you want. Once the return is accepted and a refund is processed, you'll be able to make a separate purchase for the new item.

To start an exchange, you can either contact us at [email protected], or submit your request with the following steps:

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Click here to request a return.
  2. Enter the requested information.
  3. Click "Start a Return."
  4. Select the image of the item you wish to return.
  5. Confirm the reason for your return.
  6. Choose to exchange for a new size or return for a refund.
  7. Click "Complete Return" at the bottom of the page.
  8. Click "Confirm."
  9. Download your label or QR code and send it back.

Some return reasons will require Customer Experience review prior to return label creation.

  • For US customers we’ll be able to offer a prepaid return label via UPS.
  • Canadian customers will be required to cover the cost of postage for returns.
