What is the best way to exchange my product?Updated 15 days ago

If you’d like to exchange your Canopy product for a different color or model, we’re happy to help!

We process exchanges through our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee, which means you’ll need to return your original item first before placing a new order.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Start a return request: Visit our returns portal and follow the prompts.
  2. Select your return reason: Choose the reason for your exchange and complete the return request.
  3. Ship your original item back: You’ll receive a prepaid return label (for US customers).
  4. Receive your refund: Once we process your return, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Additional Details:

  • US customers will receive a prepaid return label via UPS.
  • Customers outside the US will need to cover return shipping costs.
  • Some returns require Customer Experience approval before a label is issued.
