If you’d like to exchange your Canopy product for a different color or model, we’re happy to help!
We process exchanges through our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee, which means you’ll need to return your original item first before placing a new order.
How to request an exchange:
- Start a return request: Visit our returns portal and follow the prompts.
- Select your return reason: Choose the reason for your exchange and complete the return request.
- Ship your original item back: You’ll receive a prepaid return label (for US customers).
- Receive your refund: Once we process your return, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Additional Details:
- US customers will receive a prepaid return label via UPS.
- Customers outside the US will need to cover return shipping costs.
- Some returns require Customer Experience approval before a label is issued.
