We do require that you first return the item originally received to ensure that you get what you want. Once the return is accepted and a refund is processed, you'll be able to make a separate purchase for the new item.
To start an exchange, you can either contact us at [email protected], or submit your request with the following steps:
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
- Click here to request a return.
- Enter the requested information.
- Click "Start a Return."
- Select the image of the item you wish to return.
- Confirm the reason for your return.
- Choose to exchange for a new size or return for a refund.
- Click "Complete Return" at the bottom of the page.
- Click "Confirm."
- Download your label or QR code and send it back.
Some return reasons will require Customer Experience review prior to return label creation.
- For US customers we’ll be able to offer a prepaid return label via UPS.
- Canadian customers will be required to cover the cost of postage for returns.
