How do I update my shipping address?Updated 4 months ago


When you buy a product from Canopy we'll take your shipping address at the time you make your purchase. We try to ship out new orders within 24 hours of receiving them, so if you need to update the address for a one-time purchase please contact our Customer Experience team by emailing [email protected].

If you're enrolled in one of our subscriptions and you'd like to adjust the address on future shipments, you can do so by following the instructions below. 

  • Login to your Account
  • Scroll to the subscription you’d like to edit
  • Click the “Edit” link next to Shipping information
  • Edit your address and don’t forget to save!

This will update the address for one subscription. If you have multiple Active Subscriptions you will need to update your address multiple times.
