Enrolling in a subscription with Canopy is the easiest way to keep your Canopy device fresh, aromatic, and running at its best without lifting a finger (well, maybe just one to open your refill box).
When you sign up for a subscription at the time you purchase your device, you’ll unlock an instant discount on your device and gain access to our lowest prices on refills. That includes filters and filter cartridges, plus special discounts on aroma kits, even some exclusive scents that never make it to the regular site.
If you already own a Canopy device, don’t worry, you can still start a subscription later and enjoy discounted refill pricing compared to one-time purchases. Once your subscription is set up, refills ship automatically based on our recommended schedule, so you can focus on more important things.
But we get it, everyone’s home environment and usage are different! You can always skip, reschedule, or adjust the quantity of the number of filters and aroma kits you receive in each subscription refill from your Account Page. And you can reach out to our Customer Experience team to adjust your frequency, or what’s included in your refill. An aroma subscription also includes a Lifetime Warranty for the corresponding device. As long as you keep your aroma subscription active, your device is covered, for life.
Subscribers can swap, skip, or edit their subscription at any time up until 24 hours before their next refill ships. And now, subscriptions come with an extra perk: Canopy Credits!
Every subscription begins as a Starter Subscription, earning you 5% Cashback in the form of Canopy Credits on everything you spend within your subscription (this doesn’t apply to one-time purchases, even if they’re made from the same account).
